Unsatisfied with your purchase? No worries! At Raytek we make the return process both simple and efficient.

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, email a request, including your order number, within 24 hours of placing that order at info@rayteklights.com.

NOTE: After the 24-hour period, cancellation is not guaranteed because your order may have already been processed. Unfortunately, cancellations are no longer possible after your order has been dispatched.

However, you may return the order after it has been shipped in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day window from the day you receive your order to return products.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging, with any extra accessories included

  • In its original shipped condition

Raytek's support team is available to assist you throughout the return process.

Restocking Fee:  there is no fee for restocking - $0.

Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products

There is no cost to the customer if the product:

  • the product does not match the order, is incorrect

  • Is damaged in transit by the carrier 

  • is faulty or defective 

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost if:

  • The wrong product was ordered

  • The customer no longer wants it

  • The product doesn't fit 

The original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us
    Please email a request at info@rayteklights.com with the order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack Your Item
    Repack the item securely in its original packaging. For easier processing, please make sure to include all included accessories, tags, and documents.

  3. Send It BackYou will receive a return authorization email, ship your return following the listed steps. Please use the carrier or shipping method instructed in the email.

Refund process

  • Inspection: After your return is received, our experts will examine it to ensure that all return requirements have been met.
  • Refund timing: After we process the return request, we will initiate the refund procedure. The whole process will take no more than 7 business days to complete, but the refund may arrive a bit later depending on the specific policies of your bank/payment system.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange your product to another size, color or another product? Our customer support will gladly assist you with your exchange. You only need to contact us at info@rayteklights.com.

Order Not Delivered

If your order is not delivered within the scheduled time frame, we apologize for the inconvenience – please get in touch with us at info@rayteklights.com, provide your order number and we will solve the problem together with the carrier as soon as possible. In case your package has been lost, you can choose between a refund of the original payment method and free product replacement.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygienic reasons there are certain products that cannot be returned. However, all such items are clearly indicated on their individual pages.
